Love those chickies! I work with a lovely producer of Greek heritage, Ms. Deb Kabasakalis, and she tells me she has been raising generations and generations of chickens for their eggs. She lives in Alameda, in the East Bay, where livestock are more comfortable. Now, I'm sure you have lots of local experts you can consult in your area, but if for any reason you need some advice or answers about your chickens, just let me know and I can speak with her.
